Tutorial- Colouring Hair

This is a tutorial for my dear friend ~sepiratbp

I forgot to put this in, so im going to put it here,
If you want to change the colour after you have finished all you have to do is,
Image -> Adjustments -> Hue/Saturation (or ctrl+U)

and move the Hue slider along until you find the colour you like. You must change the Hue for ALL the layers to the same colour, otherwise it would look odd
